SSCL Defence has been awarded the Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Initial Certificate Award following fantastic work by our teams in Glasgow and Gosport.

SSCL Defence scored above and beyond in the requirements for Customer Service Excellence in the following areas:

• Developed customer insights about our customer groups to better understand their needs and preferences.

• Made particular efforts to identify hard to reach and disadvantaged groups and individuals and developed our services in response to their specific needs.
