We are committed to developing talent throughout SSCL and everyone taking part in our annual Emerging Leaders Programme met up for their final event in Newport, where they had the opportunity to network with our senior leaders.

Our 14 colleagues from SSCL have been on a journey exploring leadership behaviours and styles and how they will apply the learnings as they develop in their roles.

The group are part of our commitment to developing talent throughout the entire family of businesses and the programme is sponsored by David Morris, SSCL CEO, who attended the day.
