Shared Services Connected Ltd (SSCL) is pleased to announce that it has been awarded the Royal Navy’s Admiralty Interview Board contract to assess potential officer candidates for the next three years. Beginning on 28 November 2022, the three-year contract will see SSCL deploy innovative digital technology to accelerate recruitment decision-making and optimise candidate experience for thousands of applicants per year.
This contract win builds on the company’s strong record of improving time to hire when delivering volume and complex recruitment campaigns for other public sector clients.
SSCL is a joint venture between the UK Government Cabinet Office and Sopra Steria and has a strong record in delivering innovative assessment and resourcing solutions, which combine an experienced assessor team with digital tech solutions.

The contract period runs from 28 November 2022 until 31 March 2025, with the option to extend for one year until 31 March 2026.
