SSCL is proud to announce we have renewed our Customer Service Excellence Award from the Centre for Assessment for our SSCL Contact Centre Services – hitting even more compliance areas!
Being a Customer Service Excellence holder means we are recognised by UK Cabinet Office as meeting the standards set for Customer Service Excellence.
CSE assessors spent two days at our Newport office to renew our accreditation, reviewing evidence and interviewed our people.
We can proudly say that the feedback was amazing, not only did we retain accreditation, but we did so with 13 Compliance Plus areas in particular in making positive changes to services as a result of analysing customer experience and improving customer journeys.
