SSCL are thrilled to announce that they have been named, for the second time, as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces™ for Women 2023 by Great Place to Work® UK.

SSCL has ranked 33 among 55 in the Super Large Category of UK-based organisations and our position on this list is driven by our annual Great Place to Work® UK survey, with the results based on what women, including at SSCL, have anonymously reported to Great Place to Work® UK about their workplace experience, and how well represented they feel in the workforce and management.

We have a range of initiatives to influence gender equality, promote female inclusion and help women to thrive. This includes our Coaching Cafés, Women in Leadership Programme and female mentoring programmes, which provide opportunities for women to receive support and coaching in a safe environment whilst helping to accelerate their development. And we’re continuously celebrating and recognising our talented women through our Women’s Inclusive Network’s ‘Inspiring Women’ awards and network events.
