We are proud to become a Silver Partner of the Call Centre Management Association (CCMA). SSCL has been an avid member and sponsor of both the CCMA and UK National Contact Centre Awards for several years, as well as chalking up our own awards successes most recently with Gold for Best Contact Centre Culture and retaining our place in the top two outsourced contact centres in the UK, winning Silver for Best Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year.

We are proud of this partnership. The CCMA partners with a selected number of solution providers across the sector to provide opportunities for industry leaders to learn, supporting the progression of the contact centre industry, something SSCL strongly believes in.

As a partner, SSCL will be engaging with CCMA to further enhance the Contact Centre Industry within the Public Sector, providing thought leadership, education and advice.
