David is an experienced HR professional who has successfully delivered transformation and organisational change programmes in a number of public sector organisations, helping them achieve significant savings alongside digital and user experience enhancements. David created the Resourcing Services sector within SSCL, and led the growth, expansion and development of this service, developing new and innovative solutions to support our client’s challenging agendas. In addition, he leads the Police sector providing a range of professional corporate services to Police customers.

With extensive experience of leading successful businesses and operational environments for organisations across the UK Public Sector, Kenny has held a number of senior roles within some of the largest global corporations including Virgin Media, Capita and Sykes Enterprises, Inc. Kenny joined SSCL in 2019 as Chief Operating Officer and in 2020 he became the Managing Director for SSCL Government. He is responsible for developing and executing SSCL’s shared services strategy, driving revenue growth, forging partnerships, and overseeing the delivery of HR & Payroll, Finance & Accounting, Learning Services, Contact Centre and Change Management for the UK Government and the Construction Industry Training Board.

… Strategy across SSCL. From supporting the large Enterprise Platforms that underpin our BPO operations, delivery of ITO services direct to Defence and the Construction Industry Training Board (CITB) clients. Lee is also responsible for developing digital solutions for SSCL’s Contact Centres and defining the strategy for AI adoption across SSCL. The IT teams under Lee play a critical role in supporting the growth and delivery of SSCL. Lee previously worked in Sopra Steria’s sister joint venture – NHS Shared Business Services, where he similarly led the delivery of the IT strategy and critical ITO operations that helped expand the SBS business, including the company’s first ever mobile app. Prior to joining Sopra Steria Lee has held Chief Technology Officer roles at a number of other companies including Capita, KCOM and the British Library.

… England, Wales and Scotland.  Initially she was focused on people integration following a number of large-scale TUPE transfers including the employee engagement initially ‘The SSCL Way’ and more. Recently her focus has been on developing SSCL’s culture, introducing new values, establishing a learning culture, working to become a more diverse and inclusive organisation. And being ranked top 20 UK organisation by Great Place to Work.

Prior to SSCL, Clare was HR Director for NHS Shared Business Services for four years where Clare led on a number of people transitions and managed the introduction of a leadership development programme and service excellence programme.

…strongest financial results to date in 2022. Chris is also the Senior Information Risk Officer (SIRO) for the business and also leads on our audit activities. Prior to SSCL, Chris was Finance Director of Sopra Steria’s Joint venture with the Department for Health and Social Care – NHS Shared Business Services. He was part of the NHS business for over 12 years and in that time, he played a key role in growing the business through winning complex new business and acquisitions. He also oversaw the investment and delivery of a number of strategic investments enabling the business to improve services to the NHS while also optimising efficiency and improving profitability.

…Sopra Steria Limited Exec Committee, though day to day Martin sits on the SSCL Exec Leadership Team and reports to David Morris. The term “D.I.” comes from the French term Direction Industrielle, which is Sopra Steria terminology and is well established within the Sopra Steria Group. DI’s purpose is to support us to deliver a predictable, profitable and resilient business. To achieve this, UK DI and Martin provide and develop a number of business-critical capabilities, expert guidance, independent assurance and direct support to and across a number of areas of our business operations. Prior to joining Sopra Steria Martin has 20 years of project, programme and transformation experience spanning Transport for London, Deloitte Consulting, PA Consulting and as an Independent Consultant working in Defence.

Before joining SSCL, she worked at Capita in a wide-ranging strategic communications role during a period of internal transformation. She delivered improved client engagement and relationships across Justice, Defence and the Transport sectors. Furthermore, she was pivotal in launching and developing a meaningful social value programme to hire prison leavers into the business. Prior to Capita, Fiona worked for the Government Communication Service in the Cabinet Office and Number 10 Communications Team.

Tim previously spent 20 years at Fujitsu, in various roles including Sales, Business Consultancy and as a Service Director. He then joined the Commercial function, rising to become Head of Commercial for the UK and Ireland.  Tim’s principal professional interests are in negotiation, dispute resolution and mentoring.
