SSCL D&I solutions in action – retaining vital talent
A recent project has involved helping a client to broaden diversity and inclusion in their business by developing a parental support service to improve the experience of new and expectant parents. This new service offers information, process management and practical help to managers when looking to make adjustments. These involve; arranging suitable maternity uniforms as well as introducing newsletters and ‘calls’ to support parents to remain connected with the organisation during parental leave.
The result? The client has retained vital talent and over 850 new parents have enjoyed a momentous time in their lives, while being wholly supported by their employer.
