Marco Ndrecaj, SSCL’s Director of Customer Experience Management Services was delighted to pick up the award for Contact Centre Leader of the Year in the UK at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2024. He was up against tough competition from some of the largest companies around the UK.
Marco said: “I am thrilled and humbled to have been name Contact Centre Leader of the Year. This incredible achievement would not have been possible without the unwavering support of my amazing team.”
SSCL also won an award for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, alongside a Silver Award for Leadership Team of the Year.
