SSCL has won four awards at The Rewards 2022 in the following categories:
- Best Leader Award – Sara Roberts worked closely with the client to develop and deliver the Retirement Hub, a new service that really cares for client's employees at the start of one of the biggest journeys of their life - the retirement process.
- Customer Service Award – the Retirement Hub provides end to end case management support for retiring employees, putting them at the centre. The process dramatically improved the customer experience.
- Innovation Award – the team worked with clients to introduce an automated, digital referencing service which reduces time, ensures consistency, data accuracy and standardised requests.
- Service Provider Award – the SSCL Employee Services team launched the Retirement Hub with a trial client and feedback was outstanding with the hub ‘contributing to a positive retirement experience’.
