SSCL is thrilled to announce it has been placed in the top TWO of outsourced contact centres in the whole of the UK!
Awarded SILVER for Best Outsourced Large Contact Centre at the 2022 UK National Contact Centre Awards this makes it two years in a row that SSCL has been placed in the top 3 in the UK.
SSCL was amongst stiff competition, competing against some of the industry’s best contact centres such as, Pursuit, Sitel, Serco and ResQ
The success continued at the ceremony in London, SSCL receiving a Highly Commended in the Best Contact Centre Culture (Large) category and a GOLD award presented to Sumit Singh, Head of Resource Planning & MI for Resource Planning Manager of the Year.
This is a wonderful first win for the 2022 award season and incredible news for SSCL colleagues who have been recognised for demonstrating the very best in contact centre ability.
Celebrating their 27th year, the UK National Contact Centre Awards are the longest running and the most highly respected programme in the UK.
These awards recognise the best talent in the contact centre industry, individuals and teams who are role models, inspire others and deserve recognition for the work they are doing in their contact centre operation.
SSCL has introduced several digital innovations into its contact centre services transforming customer experience and offering more bespoke customer-centred services that have improved efficiency and speed of services.
