SSCL’s DWP Work Coach Project Team won the Best use of External Support Award at the 2021 CIPD Wales Awards.
The team was presented with the award for its innovative support of the Department of Work and Pensions (DWP) in recruiting 13,000 new Jobcentre work coaches as part of the UK Government plan to get Britain back to work post pandemic.
The award was presented by the professional body for people development – CIPD Wales, supported and endorsed by an impressive list of sponsors, and judged by a panel of top HR and business professionals.
The awards recognise and celebrate the hard-work and achievements of HR and people development across Wales.
SSCL Police and Resourcing Services, provides services from a number of Centres of Excellence, with a number of teams based in SSCL Newport who have proven to be the recruitment industry market leader, able to engineer rigorous, innovative solutions for digital and workforce transformation.
