SSCL has been named as Outsourced Shared Service Centre of the Year by the Welsh Contact Centre Annual Awards at a glittering awards ceremony in Cardiff.
The Awards celebrate excellence and innovative practice across Wales, with some of the best people and teams within the contact centre and shared service industry.
In the last 12 months SSCL has introduced a number of digital innovations into its contact centre services to transform the customer experience, so being recognised as the best Outsourced Shared Service Centre in Wales is a real honour.
SSCL was recognised for its consistency of contact centre services, its focus on the health and wellbeing of colleagues and quality of the customer experience delivered from SSCL’s Newport Centre of Excellence for its Government and Police clients. It has introduced multiple innovative solutions to offer more bespoke customer-centred services that have also improved efficiency and speed of services.
