SSCL has been ranked 21 on the Great Place to Work UK's Best Workplaces™ for Women in the Super Large Organisations category.

This latest news follows SSCL’s Best Workplaces™ ranking and Best Workplaces for Wellbeing™ listing, after being Great Place to Work-Certified™ for the first time following the 2021 survey results.

SSCL want their people to reach their full potential, no matter who they are or what they do. And have a range of initiatives to help women thrive at work, including Coaching Cafés, female mentoring and Ignite, a talent development programme, and a Women’s Inclusive Network.
