Resourcing Account Manager

Role overview

SSCL has a brand new opportunity for a Resourcing Account Manager to join our team. You will be mainly responsible for supporting Her Majesty’s Prison and Probation Service (HMPPS) during a period of significant growth. As a Resourcing Account Manager you will be a dedicated partner to our client maintaining strong relationships whilst building capabilities with key stakeholders and providing support and advice on their key Recruitment activities including Pre-Employment checks processes.

Key responsibilities


·         Provide, interpret and analyze management information to identify service blockers

·         Be proactive in identifying Recruitment Campaigns that are at risk and share information with key stakeholders

·         Develop, improve and maintain relationships with clients to ensure long-term success

·         Act as the liaison between our internal teams ensuring clients’ requirements are met

·         Improve customer satisfaction ratings, according to company standards

·         To work as partners to seek constant service improvement opportunities to our Recruitment processes

·         To plan and attend visits to maintain the understanding of our clients operational recruitment needs

·         Improve client Time To Hire metrics using all of the above

·         Promote clear accountability throughout the Recruitment end to end processes



Essential skills


·         Availability to travel on a regular basis including overnight stays

·         Previous experience in delivering and meeting clients’ high volume recruitment requirements

·         Excellent analytical and organizational skills utilising management information data metrics

·         Experience of using MS Excel and MS Office

·         Strong communication skills both verbal and written

·         Previous experience of working in a team-oriented environment to deliver results

·         Excellent internal and external stakeholder management

Desirable Skills


·         Experience and Knowledge of On-Line Applicant Tracking Systems


Security Clearance


As part of SSCL’s service provision on behalf of HMPPS, we must ensure our employees are cleared to the required levels for the role they are applying to. You will be required to complete a successful United Kingdom Security Vetting Security Check (SC).
