Contract: 6 Month FTC
Hours of Work: A Minimum of 10 weekday days per month
Salary: £23,500 pro rata plus 5% flexible benefits package

Role overview
As a member of the recruitment team based on client premises, you will be delivering a face-to-face customer service in assessment centre environment for SSCL Police Clients. The Recruitment Customer Service Team will be responsible for delivering a range of activities including running assessment centres and delivery of pre-employment screening checks, offering a great experience to every candidate who walks through our doors.
You will work as part of a team that between you, facilitate and deliver a calendar of weekday assessment centres across the month. The particular assessment schedule during any given month will vary, however we will be looking to you to work a minimum of ten weekday days per month. We will aim to give you one month's notice of shifts required, however at times may ask for your support with last minute changes as business needs dictate.
These posts will require individuals who excel at delivering excellent customer service and working effectively as a member of a team, with good problem solving skills and the desire to go the extra mile.

Key responsibilities

•    Deliver assessment events to the highest quality service for candidates and assessors
•    Organise / host / coordinate professional customer focused events
•    Work effectively and flexibly in a variety of internal and external teams allowing events to be delivered as agreed
•    Schedule and prioritise allocated work on a daily basis ensuring daily plans are delivered
•    Undertake activities in line with agreed procedures, business rules or scripts
•    Learn the activities and understand parameters for discretionary decision making to resolve problems in a customer focused way, complying to standard operating policies
•    Resolve queries and escalate as necessary

Recruitment Customer Service Advisor Skills

•    Experience of delivering a high quality customer service in a professional manner which creates confidence and trust
•    Experience of working in a face-to-face customer service environment
•    Excellent communication and team work skills
•    Effective team player who constantly displays commitment and flexibility
•    Excellent organisational skills with an attention to detail, providing excellent records
•    Delivering events or assessments experience would be an advantage

Security clearance
The successful candidates will be required to go through a NPPV2 security clearance.
